MEMORANDUM OPINION
ALAN S. TRUST, United States Bankruptcy Judge.
This is an action by the Chapter 7 Trustee seeking to revoke the Debtor’s discharge, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 105 and 727(d)(3). Trial was held before this Court on July 18, 2008.
