The collector of Williamson county applied to the county court at the June term, 1921, for judgment against the property of the Chicago and Eastern Illinois Railroad Company for delinquent taxes. The railroad company objected to the tax of school district No. 13 extended against its property, amounting to $101.49, and to the city tax of the city of Johnston City to the amount of $71.51. The objections were overruled, judgment and order of sale were entered against the property, and the company appealed.
