I. Introduction

Plaintiff Carl Brown brings this action for judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“the Commissioner”) denying Brown’s claims for disability insurance benefits. Pending before the Court are Plaintiffs Motion for Judgment of Reversal and Defendant’s Motion for Judgment of Affirmance.
