I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiffs brought this action against Trinidad Drilling, LP, their former employer, pursuant to the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 2101-2109 (WARN Act). Before this Court is defendant Trinidad Drilling LP’s Motion [ECF No. 15] for Summary Judgment, plaintiffs’ Response [ECF No. 16], and defendant’s Reply [ECF No. 17].
