Robert Rowell died intestate on June 23, 1962. His widow, Mrs. Georgia Estell Rowell, filed a petition for appointment as administratrix of Ms estate on June 26, 1962, and a decree appointing her was filed in the Chancery Court of the First Judicial District of Jasper County, Mississippi on June 26, 1962, together with the administratrix’s bond, administratrix’s oath, and letters of administration.
