Before the Court is the appeal of Nationwide Insurance Company from an order of Diane Koken, Insurance Commissioner, that affirmed a determination by the Insurance Department (Department) that the cancellation of the Jason Manley automobile insurance policy was in violation of Act 68. 1 The principle issue at hand involves the interpretation of Section 2006 of Act 68, 40 P.S. 991.2006, relating to time restrictions governing cancellation of insurance policies for non-payment of premiums.
