This cause is before the Court on Defendant Christian Mission Center Inc. of Enterprise, d/b/a New Life Christian Recovery Program’s (“Christian Mission”) Motion to Dismiss (Doc. # 23), filed April 5, 2010. Plaintiff Margorie Lawrence (“Lawrence”) filed suit against her former employer Christian Mission on the basis of alleged sex discrimination. (Doc. #22).
