On January 19, 2010, the Plaintiffs, former employees of Marriott International, Inc. “Marriott” and/or its corporate predecessors, filed a Class Action Complaint against Marriott and Marriott International, Inc. Stock and Cash Incentive Plan in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. ECF No. 1.
