This is a bill to foreclose a mortgage given by the defendant corporation to the complainant corporation to secure an issue of fifty bonds of $1,000 each.

The complainant corporation is organized under the laws of •the State of New York, and located at Brooklyn, in said state. The defendant corporation is located in Bergen county, in the State of New Jersey. The mortgage covers the defendant corporation’s electrical plant, situate in the neighborhood of Rutherford, in said county.
