Before the Court are cross motions for summary judgment, 1 filed by the plaintiff, Bank of Louisiana (“Bank”) (Rec.Doc.209), and the defendants, Aetna U.S. Healthcare, Inc., Aetna Life Insurance Company, and Aetna Insurance Company of Connecticut (collectively, “the Defendants”) (Rec.
