This appeal is from an order of the District Court which confirmed a referee’s order, directing the respondent, Jack Goldsmith, to deliver to the trustee 145 “black kid plates,” the-property of the bankrupt, or in place thereof the value of the “plates” found to be $1,812.50. The bankrupt was a corporation dealing in furs in the City of New York; the respondent and one David Grossman were its only shareholders, directors and officers.
