The defendant was convicted of the crimes of negligent homicide; Gfeneral Statutes § 14-218; and evading responsibility; § 14-224; and has appealed, assigning error in the denial of his motion to add an additional conclusion and, further, in the conclusion reached by the trial court that on all the evidence he was guilty of the offenses charged beyond a reasonable doubt. The defendant offered no evidence in his own behalf.
