Michael Mallish seeks a certificate of appealability (“COA”) to appeal the district court’s denial of his 28 U.S.C. § 2254 petition. We deny a COA and dismiss the appeal.

Mallish was charged in Colorado state court with felony menacing, attempted escape, criminal mischief, and harassment in connection with a domestic dispute.
