In this patent case, Plaintiff TDM America, LLC (“TDM”) claims that the United States Army Corps of Engineers (“USACE”) and other federal agencies, through their contractors, infringed three patents owned by TDM for the processing and treatment of contaminated materials for beneficial reuse. The patents at issue are U.S. Patent Nos. 5,542,614 (“the '614 Patent”), 5,794,862 (“the '862 Patent”) and, 6,293,731 (“the '731 Patent”). Third-Party Defendant Donjon Marine Company, Inc.
