The plaintiff’s complaint claimed a declaratory judgment as to the result of a town election and damages for his ejection from the polling place by the election officials. The trial court sustained a demurrer to the complaint and the plaintiff appeals from the resulting judgment for the defendants. The case must be decided on the basis of the allegations of the complaint.
