WISDOM, Circuit Judge:

This case is an appeal from a conviction for arson under 18 U.S.C. § 844(i) and 18 U.S.C. § 2 and for serving as an accessory after the fact in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 3. We AFFIRM.

On April 4, 1989, Shannon Blake Triplett was indicted by a grand jury in a one-count instrument which charged that he and Richard Snyder, aided and abetted by each other, did maliciously damage and destroy, and attempt to damage and destroy by means of a fire, a building used in and affecting interstate commerce, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 844(i) and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
