TORRUELLA, District Judge.
Between March 11, 1976 and April 30, 1976 Plaintiff, Firestone Tire & Rubber Co. (Firestone), through its division, Seiberling Tire and Rubber Co., and the Puerto Rico Maritime Shipping Authority (PRMSA) en tered into a shipping and delivery agreement of certain shipping trailers containing automobile tires. The six containers wherein the tires were shipped arrived in Puerto Rico between March 15, 1976 and May 14, 1976.
