Duffy v. Providence Teaming Co., Inc.

The above entitled case’ is a bill in equity brought to obtain the specific performance of a contract by which, it is alleged, the respondent contracted to pay compensation to the complainant during the period of Ms total and partial incapacity resulting from an injury ■which the complainant received on August 9, 1926, while in the employ of the respondent.
