In May, 1950, Lucy S. Jackson filed her bill of complaint in the court below praying for rescission of' a deed dated February 18, 1947, and recorded the next day, whereby she had conveyed to her brother, Benjamin J, Seymour, a tract of thirty-one acres of land in Brunswick county.
