This case involves claims of constructive fraud, conversion, “intentional interference with inheritance,” and unjust enrichment. In this appeal, the plaintiffs have assigned twelve errors, and the defendant has assigned one cross-error. These alleged errors present three principal issues, viz.:

1. Whether the trial court erred in finding the existence of a confidential relationship between a father and son.

2. Whether the trial court erred in striking the plaintiffs’ constructive fraud claim.
