FELIPE REYNA, Justice.
Robert Lopez filed a whistleblower suit against the City of Waco alleging that the City terminated his employment because he reported a violation by his supervisor of the City’s Equal Employment Opportunity (“EEO”) Policy. The City brings this interlocutory appeal from an order denying its plea to the jurisdiction.
