VAN VALKENBURGH, Circuit Judge.

These two eases were presented and may be considered together, because the questions involved are identical; differences existing merely ’as to amounts and dates. The suits are ancillary to certain equity causes pending in the District Court of the United States for the District of Kansas, in which the above-named receiver was appointed, whieh cases have' been consolidated, and the present actions are brought for the purpose of protecting property then in the potential possession of the court and to enforce its jurisdiction.
