MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
CONABOY, District Judge.
A Complaint in this action was filed on February 22, 1979, in which Complaint the Plaintiff alleges that the various Defendants including the movant here, Gifford Cappellini, attempted to spirit the Plaintiff away from his chosen religion by a variety of acts, all of which the Plaintiff alleges violated his Constitutional rights under the Civil Rights Acts, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985(3), and also gave rise to certain state law claims.
