We take the following statement of the case from appellee's brief:
"The suit involved two life insurance policies for $10,000 each, issued by defendant company on the life of W. J. Dunken, who died on June 1, 1916, one policy being No. 98322 a 7-year convertible term policy, the other being No. 152775, a 20-pay commercial policy. Both policies were payable to the estate of the assured. The suit was brought by Mrs. Pearl Stone Dunken, the surviving widow, as administratrix of the estate of W. J. Dunken, deceased.
