Before the Court is the motion of Plaintiff Moelis & Company LLC (“Moelis”) to remand or abstain in the above-captioned adversary proceeding (the “Adversary Proceeding”). Defendant Wilmington Trust FSB (the “Indenture Trustee”) opposes the Motion, asserting that this Court has subject matter jurisdiction and that neither abstention nor equitable remand is appropriate.
