Pannell, Presiding Judge.

Holder, as administrator with the will annexed of the estate of Viola E. Holder, deceased, brought an action against the Citizens & Southern National Bank, in which funds of the estate were deposited, seeking to recover the amount of the money paid from said funds by the bank in response to the garnishment against it and the judgment against it in a garnishment proceeding by a creditor of the deceased brought after a judgment was obtained by the creditor against the administrator.
