Appellant Brand Services, L.L.C. ("Brand Services") challenges the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Appellee Irex Corporation ("Irex") on Brand Services's Louisiana Uniform Trade Secrets Act ("LUTSA") claim and its civilian law conversion claim.
