Before the Court is Plaintiff Mona Watson Clark’s (“Plaintiff’) Motion to Bifurcate Trial (“Motion”), filed on October 16, 2009. Defendant Internal Revenue Service (“IRS” or “Defendant”) filed its memorandum in opposition on October 23, 2009. No reply memorandum was permitted.
