This case involves a controversy as to the arbitrability of a grievance under the provisions of a five-year labor management contract, hereinafter referred to as the contract. It was entered into as of August 15, 1955, between the defendant and the plaintiff, of which an affiliated local was the exclusive bargaining representative for such of the defendant’s employees as were involved in the controversy.
