Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Breslin, J.), rendered February 6, 2003, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of robbery in the first degree (three counts), robbery in the second degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree.
Courtney Schifferling lured a store clerk to the back of the store at the request of Antonio Spears.
