Honorable William Dixon, tbe regularly elected Commonwealth’s attorney of the 33rd Judicial District, was inducted into the armed forces of the United States. He was absent from the State, and the Judge of the District, pursuant to KRS 69.060, appointed, by separate orders entered at each term, the Honorable Courtney C. Wells to serve as Commonwealth’s attorney pro tern, for eight successive terms of the Perry Circuit Court.
