¶ 1. D.L. Anderson's Lakeside Leisure Co., Inc., M. Scott Statz, and Steven Statz filed this action claiming breach of a noncompete clause in an asset purchase agreement and common law trade-name infringement. The defendants, Donald Anderson and Anderson Marine, LLC, appeal the judgment against them entered on a jury verdict for $90,000 in compensatory damages and $180,000 in punitive dam ages, an order extending the duration of the noncom-pete clause, injunctive relief, and attorney fees.
