delivered the Opinion of the Court.

This is an appeal from judgments granted respondents by the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District in paternity actions brought against them by the Department of Revenue and the Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services (SRS).

Respondents had moved for judgments contending that the statute of limitations on the determination of paternity, § 40-6-108, MCA, had run at the time appellants filed the petitions. In granting the motions, the District Court dismissed the…
