Softball Country Club — Atlanta, a joint venture, and two of its principals, Lowell C. Douglas and Richard D. Tinsley, (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) assign error to the district court’s: (1) order granting judgment as a matter of law (“JML”) to Decatur Federal Savings and Loan Association (“Decatur Federal”) 1 on Plaintiffs’ claim for attorneys’ fees; and (2) limitation of Plaintiffs’ presentation of evidence and argument during the punitive damages phase of the trial of this case.
