OPINION

This matter is now before the court upon notice of appeal on questions of law. The matter called to the court’s attention relates not to the trial of the case, but to the sentence imposed by the court, counsel for the defendant claiming that the court did not impose the sentence authorized by the statute. This is based, first,upon the claim that under the indictment on which the defendant was found guilty, he could have been sentenced only for one offense.
