Appellant, Jesse Combs, 19 years of age, was convicted of the crime of murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. On this appeal his sole ground for reversal of his conviction is that the trial court erred in permitting the Commonwealth to introduce in evidence at his trial his alleged oral confession of the crime. Appellant urges that the alleged confession was elicited under circumstances that were viola-tive of the standards enunciated by the United States Supreme Court in Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436, 86 S.Ct. 1602, 16 L.Ed.2d 694. In summary, the standards…
