Findings of Fact.

Appellant owned a tract of land in Falls county, and appellee owned a half section of land in Hartley county. Both tracts of land were incumbered by mortgages and vendor's liens. Appellee proposed to trade his half section of land for appellant's land and a vendor's lien note for $500, to be executed by appellant. Appellant's son went with appellee, as the agent of appellant, to examine appellee's land.
