GARRECHT, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from an order of the District Court denying petition for writ of habeas corpus. An anonymous communication was received by the Immigration Service at Los Angeles stating that one Ku-nimori Ohara had entered the United States from Mexico “five years ago at 1928” Without a passport, and giving his address. Shortly thereafter, on May 4, 1933, appellant was taken into custody and examined under oath.
