Introduction

This is an action brought by Dr. Harvey G. Clermont (“Clermont”) against Fallon Clinic, Inc. (“Fallon Clinic” or “Fallon”), Dr. Jonathan Harding, Dr. Baltej Maini, Dr. Mark Stoker, Dr. Peter Lucas, Lee Beaudoin, Teena Osgood, and Bruce Plummer (collectively, “the defendants”).
