At issue in this matter is the res judica-ta effect of a certain order entered by the Circuit Court of Cook County, which order was premised upon an award by a Board of Arbitrators of the Chicago Board of Trade. The plaintiff in the present adversary proceeding (“Kern”) argues that the order in question should be res judicata as to the amount of the judgment contained therein and that that amount is nondischargeable in bankruptcy.
