Jeanne U. 1 (hereinafter “Appellant”) seeks a writ of prohibition against The Honorable Herman Canady of the Circuit Court of Ka-nawha County to prevent the enforcement of an August 22, 2000, order directing that the Appellant’s twelve-year-old son, Jordan, be told that Stephen M. is his biological father and ordering that Stephen M. be permitted to have visitation with Jordan thereafter.
