Plaintiff has moved to remand the captioned case to the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia. (Doc. No. 7.) For the following reasons, Plaintiffs Motion to Remand is DENIED.

I. Background

Plaintiff David W. Senterfitt filed this putative class action in the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia on March 30, 2004, alleging that Defendant SunTrust Mortgage, Inc.
