BERGER, Judge.

*497 *659 Matthew Christopher Newsome ("Defendant") appeals from a judgment revoking his probation and activating his suspended sentence. On appeal he argues that the trial court abused its discretion when it revoked his probation. We affirm in part and remand in part.

Factual and Procedural Background
