This appeal is from a judgment of the District Court of Calhoun County, Texas, sustaining pleas to the jurisdiction and in abatement filed by some of the appellees and dismissing the case.

Appellants, Woods Exploration & Producing Company, Inc., and Southeastern Pipe Line Company, sued appellees, Alu minum Company of America, Crown Central Petroleum Corporation, Carl E. Sieges-mund, Lavaca Pipe Line Company, Lumar ■Gas Corporation, F. E.
