This case was submitted to the Industrial Accident Board on a stipulation of facts agreed to between the parties, the pertinent facts of which are stated as follows:

“That the said Joseph W. Dutson on November 2nd, 1935, was in the employ of the Idaho Power Company, doing rock work in the construction of the said hydro-electric plant and had so worked since July 3rd, 1935.
