Sisson v. Weathermon

Action for damages by plaintiff as administratrix of her deceased husband’s estate. He lost his life in an automobile accident. She claims it was due to defendants’ negligence.

This accident happened at Waterloo on January 7, 1958, on Highway 63. This highway enters Waterloo on the south edge of the city and runs in a northwesterly direction into the center of the city.
