Limitation of actions : computation of period: amendment amplifying claim. The petition alleges that, on December 11, 1911, while the deceased, Rachel W. Springniire, was lawfully riding in a carriage on Bloomington Street in Iowa City, and in the exercise of due care on her part, and while crossing the defendant’s track at the point where Bloomington Street intersects with Dubuque Street, one of defendant’s street cars, operated by defendant’s servants, ivas negligently caused to collide with her carriage, throwing the deceased out upon the ground, and inflicting upon her fatal injuries.
