PELLEGRINI, Judge.
Anthony R. Geonnotti, Sr. (Geonnotti) appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, dismissing his appeal from the suspension of his driver’s license by the Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing (PennDOT), for refusing to submit to a blood alcohol test pursuant to Section 1547(b) of the Vehicle Code (Code), 75 Pa.C.S. 1547(b). 1 We affirm.
