The Getman action was commenced for the purpose of foreclosing two mortgages, dated respectively September 8, 1927, and March 13, 1928, upon certain property situate on South Market street in the city of Johnstown. The mortgages in question were executed by George Niferopulos who was at the time the owner of the property and they were delivered by him to the plaintiff. In this action the complaint alleges that the Chamberlain of the city held a tax sale of the property on October 10, 1932, for unpaid city taxes for the years 1928, 1929 and 1930, for unpaid school taxes for the years 1925,…
