Plaintiff in error, charged by information, in a first count, with unlawfully practicing medicine without a license, and in a second with unlawfully practicing chiropractic without a license, was convicted on both counts. He was sentenced to thirty days in jail and fined fifty dollars on each count, the jail sentences to run concurrently.
